“Toy Story 4” is an emotional animated adventure about talking toys such as Woody and Buzz searching for their destiny.
Because of an accident, Woody and Forky, Bonnie’s homemade toy, get separated. On their way back home to Woody’s friends, they get to meet other familiar faces.
Even in the fourth “Toy Story”, Pixar shows how emotional and captivating movies about talking toys can be told. In a convincing way, societal topics and problems are mirrored in a world of toys and so once again the importance of tolerance, loyalty and unity is shown. “Toy Story 4” works as a standalone movie; it’s not necessary to watch the previous movies, but we still recommend doing so.
